• Professional HVAC experience in trade or commercial settings.
• Ability to work in challenging environments (heights, extreme temperatures).
• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, email).
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform broad HVAC maintenance in a residential facility.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and modify mechanical and HVAC equipment in residence halls.
• Reexamine HVAC standards, identify maintenance needs, and perform scheduled/unplanned maintenance.
• Ensure building systems meet energy and environmental objectives.
• Use METASYS, Carrier i‑vu, InnCom, and traditional controls to balance conditions.
• Receive, prioritize, and respond to service requests within established timelines.
