The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and balancing HVAC systems in residence halls using METASYS, Carrier i-Vu, InnCom, and traditional controls; includes preventative maintenance and responding to service requests.

Qualifications

Professional HVAC experience in trade or commercial settings.
Ability to work in challenging environments (heights, extreme temperatures).
Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, email).
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to perform broad HVAC maintenance in a residential facility.

Responsabilités

Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and modify mechanical and HVAC equipment in residence halls.
Reexamine HVAC standards, identify maintenance needs, and perform scheduled/unplanned maintenance.
Ensure building systems meet energy and environmental objectives.
Use METASYS, Carrier i‑vu, InnCom, and traditional controls to balance conditions.
Receive, prioritize, and respond to service requests within established timelines.
