Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation issues in residential HVAC systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Perform system start‑up commissioning for newly installed HVAC units.
• Sell HVAC replacement systems and provide replacement estimates.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and document service activities.
