Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to install and maintain HVAC systems across Massachusetts. You will perform troubleshooting, start-up, calibration, and testing to ensure optimal performance and safety.

The role includes documentation, collaboration with teams, and ongoing training opportunities. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, EPA 608 certification, and 2+ years in HVAC with startup/commissioning experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• NATE certification a plus.
• 2+ years of HVAC experience with startup/commissioning/installation.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain HVAC systems and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Test systems for efficiency and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document service activities and update system records.
• Collaborate with installation teams and project managers to ensure successful completion.
• Shadow junior technicians and provide training as needed.
