Job summary

Lennox in Richardson, TX, is seeking a mid-level Customer Service Associate to handle incoming consumer inquiries about Residential products through our Contact Center. You will respond to questions, explain product features and warranties, and guide customers toward dealers when services are needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to learn technical information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to diffuse difficult situations.
Ability to learn, understand and convey technical information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP/Salesforce experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Professionally responds to pre-sales and post-sales questions from consumers of residential equipment.
Interprets and explains product warranties and features.
Provides product information and discusses differences in products and benefits.
Guides consumers to dealers when services are required.
Documents call information for follow-up in the call-tracking system.
Identifies potential process improvements.
