Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year college degree or HVAC degree/equivalent preferred.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant training experience plus 5+ years of technical experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC products and diagnostic techniques.
• Strong presentation and instructional design skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WebEx.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training courses for customers or technical employees in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC products.
• Creates, tests, and maintains training materials and syllabi.
• Establishes course content and learning objectives; coordinates development of training aids.
• Schedules travel for training using Concur.
