Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Inside Technical Consultant to provide phone-based technical support to dealers, contractors, field technicians, and sales staff. You will troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration equipment, guide callers to resolution, and document details for follow‑up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in technical consulting.
• 5+ years in HVAC installation/service.
• Strong HVAC/R knowledge.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and installation assistance for HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose issues in refrigeration circuits, controls, and wiring.
• Provide technical documentation to contractors and technicians.
• Direct callers to appropriate field personnel when needed.
• Document call information in the tracking system.
• Develop knowledge base articles for Lennox products.
• Support Field Technical Consultants and cross‑functional partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and caller experience.
