Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a people-first team serving Southern Wisconsin. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean, organized truck and job site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass an MVR.
• Availability for on-call rotation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ equipment.
• Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed.
• Educate customers and present repair and replacement options.
• Meet and exceed service and revenue goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust.
