As a technician, you will diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems, perform system inspections, educate customers on options, and document work.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to obtain NATE certification.
• Must have necessary hand tools, gauges, and meters.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems.
• Perform comprehensive system inspections to identify safety, performance, and efficiency issues.
• Educate customers on findings and present clear, honest options for repair or replacement.
• Recommend value-added solutions such as indoor air quality products when appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and build trust with homeowners.
• Document all work performed, recommendations, and job details in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow company procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and work extended hours as needed.

• Participate in on-call rotation and work extended hours as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum three(3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and confidently present solutions in an ethical, customer-focused manner.
• Willingness to obtain NATE certification.
• Must have necessary hand tools, gauges, and meters (Freon recovery equipment provided).
