Job summary

Brubaker Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability in customers' homes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, installing new systems, diagnosing issues, providing repair quotes, and maintaining service records using Service Titan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, methods, practices, tools, and equipment
• Organizational skills to process required paperwork
• Strong team building and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting and tuning equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps in residential homes
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
• Provide accurate repair quotes to customers
• Interact professionally with customers and offer system upgrades or repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service performed utilizing Service Titan, including parts used, labor hours and service reports
• Complete and submit service reports and work orders in a timely manner
