Job summary

A.J. LeBlanc Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced residential HVAC service technician for full-time, year-round work across Southern New Hampshire. The role offers pay of $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience, and reports to the Bedford, NH shop.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps and A/C, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting service calls; on-call rotation is included.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 certification is required.
• Valid NH driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer-facing communication and documentation skills.

Job description

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring an experienced residential HVAC service technician for full-time, year-round work throughout Southern New Hampshire. This heating and air conditioning technician position pays $30-$45 per hour based on experience and reports to our Bedford, NH shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair gas and oil furnaces, boilers and hydronic systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and central air conditioning.
• Test refrigeration, electrical, airflow, and combustion performance and perform preventative HVAC maintenance.
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners, complete accurate service documentation, and participate in a fair on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• At least three years of residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience.
• EPA 608 certification and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer communication, and documentation skills. New Hampshire gas service licensing and oil or hydronic experience are valuable.

Schedule, pay, and benefits

Full-time, year-round daytime weekday work with a fair on-call rotation. Pay is $30-$45 per hour plus health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, uniforms, a well-stocked company truck and tools, approved training and licensing reimbursement, incentives, and year-end bonuses.
