Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire journeyman or master plumbing license.
• Two or more years of residential plumbing experience.
• Valid NH driver’s license with clean record.
• Professional customer-facing communication.

Job description

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring a New Hampshire-licensed residential service plumber for full-time, year-round work throughout Southern New Hampshire. The position pays $30-$45 per hour based on experience and reports to our Bedford, NH shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and complete scheduled plumbing service calls.
• Install and service tank, tankless, and hybrid heat pump water heaters, fixtures, toilets, faucets, disposals, and related piping.
• Complete bathroom and kitchen plumbing, remodels, and new-construction rough-in; explain options clearly to homeowners; document work; pull permits and coordinate inspections.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire journeyman or master plumbing license, at least two years of residential plumbing experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong plumbing diagnostics, craftsmanship, customer communication, and job-site organization.

Schedule, pay, and benefits

Full-time, year-round daytime weekday work with a reasonable on-call rotation. Pay is $30-$45 per hour plus health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, uniforms, a well-stocked company truck and tools, approved training and licensing reimbursement, incentives, and year-end bonuses.
