Job summary

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring an experienced residential HVAC installer for full-time, year-round work throughout Southern New Hampshire.

This HVAC installation technician position pays $30-$45 per hour based on experience and reports to our Bedford, NH shop. Responsibilities include installing various heating and cooling systems, fabricating sheet metal, and ensuring quality workmanship while keeping job sites clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA 608 certification preferred; sheet metal, brazing, ductwork, boiler, heat pump, and commissioning experience valuable.
• Valid NH driver's license with clean record.

• Install residential gas and oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductless minisplits, central A/C, and ductwork.
• Fabricate sheet metal; run refrigerant lines; braze, pressure test, evacuate, start up, and commission equipment.
• Document completed installations and maintain clean, safe job sites while communicating professionally with homeowners.

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring an experienced residential HVAC installer for full-time, year-round work throughout Southern New Hampshire. This HVAC installation technician position pays $30-$45 per hour based on experience and reports to our Bedford, NH shop.

Responsibilities

• Install residential gas and oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, central air conditioning, and ductwork.
• Fabricate sheet metal; run refrigerant line sets, condensate, venting, and controls; braze, pressure test, evacuate, start up, and commission equipment.
• Document completed installations and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while communicating professionally with homeowners.

Qualifications

• At least two years of residential HVAC installation experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA 608 certification preferred; sheet metal, brazing, ductwork, boiler, heat pump, and commissioning experience are valuable.
• Ability to safely lift and carry equipment, read installation documents, and work effectively with an installation team.

Schedule, pay, and benefits

Full-time, year-round daytime weekday installation work. Pay is $30-$45 per hour plus health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, uniforms, a well-stocked install truck and company tools, approved training and licensing reimbursement, incentives, and year-end bonuses.
