Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning in Maryland seeks a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair home comfort systems. This hands-on, customer-facing role involves working in homes to troubleshoot issues, perform quality repairs, and restore systems safely and professionally.

You will be trusted to work independently and uphold professional workmanship. Openings offer competitive hourly pay ($25–$40+), a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience, 4- or 5-day work

Qualifications

• Maryland HVAC apprentice license and 2+ years of experience at minimum.
• EPA Certification Required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems across Maryland.
• Perform service and repairs on split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, air handlers, thermostats and zoning controls, IAQ components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, ignition, venting, and control issues.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners: problem, solution, pricing and expectations.
• Document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work in the system.
