Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential HVAC service with leadership experience.
• Strong HVAC knowledge, troubleshooting, and code compliance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Experience with service management and scheduling systems.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Budgeting and financial awareness.
• Customer-focused and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC service technicians and apprentices.
• Plan, schedule, and dispatch calls to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure work complies with codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex HVAC issues.
• Manage inventory, tools, and materials.
• Monitor job costs, labor hours, profitability.
• Develop strategies to improve service quality and revenue.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with positive resolutions.
• Collaborate with sales for maintenance agreements.
• Maintain records of service calls, inspections, compliance.
