Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven HVAC service experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge; able to read schematics.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• Hands-on repair of furnaces, boilers, A/C, and geothermal systems.
• Field service experience with property maintenance and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools (ohmmeters, manometers).
• Valid driver's license with insurable record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including A/C units, furnaces, and boilers.
• Interpret schematics or manuals to identify issues and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance for peak performance and lifespan extension.
• Use tools like ohmmeters and manometers for repairs.
• Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
• Maintain detailed service records (inspections, repairs, parts used).
