Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant in Ocala, FL. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided pipelines, and your own prospecting to drive growth, while collaborating with the technical team on site visits to ensure tailored solutions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development abilities, negotiation skills, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high‑efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and existing customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction, trust and retention.
• Drive growth by handling internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Collaborate with the technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to home requirements.
