Service Experts is hiring a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose homeowner comfort needs and present high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, using internal leads and self-generation to close opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of direct sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to educate customers on technical concepts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development abilities and negotiation skills.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate customer concerns into business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth via internal leads and personal prospecting to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Work with technical team during home visits to tailor solutions.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends, energy-efficient tech, and service methods.
