Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) in Birmingham, AL. You will diagnose homeowners' comfort needs and offer HVAC and water heater solutions through outside sales, blending consultative selling with customer education and relationship management.

You will leverage warm leads, company-provided pipelines, and self-generation to close opportunities, with strong earning potential through base pay plus commission and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree or related sales certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to navigate residential environments including ladders, attics, basements and crawl spaces.
• Flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build lasting customer relationships and ensure satisfaction, trust and retention.
• Drive growth by following internal leads and developing an own prospect pipeline.
• Collaborate with the technical team during site visits to tailor solutions.
