Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to advise homeowners on comfort solutions and close HVAC and water heater opportunities. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and self-generation to grow your residential HVAC portfolio while delivering a 100% satisfaction experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of proven direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to educate customers and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: present tailored comfort options for HVAC and water heaters.
• Customer experience: build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Sales generation: pursue internal leads and your own pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite collaboration: work with technical teams during home visits.
