Job summary

2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and established customers. You will drive growth by leveraging both inbound internal leads and your own prospect pipeline, while partnering with our technical team on site visits to tailor solutions for each home.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in direct-to-consumer sales, strong business development and closing skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, B2C preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to educate customers on technical concepts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to navigate residential environments and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Build lasting relationships ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Drive sales by managing internal leads and personal prospect pipeline.
