Job summary

Sila is seeking an outside sales representative to sell residential HVAC solutions in Stoneham, MA. You will meet homeowners using warm leads, conduct in-home consultations, and present furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and related products to fit budgets.

Top performers earn $150,000+ annually with 100% commission, supported by a strong marketing team and company resources. A company vehicle, insurance options, and devices are provided.

Qualifications

3+ years in-home sales experience.
HVAC sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to close sales consistently.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners through warm, company-generated leads.
Conduct in-home consultations.
Recommend HVAC solutions matching needs and budget.
Present furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related products.
Build trust through education, not pressure.
Close sales while delivering excellent customer experience.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track opportunities.
Work scheduled appointments at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 8:00 PM.
Coordinate with installation team for a seamless experience.
