Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform ongoing facility maintenance across multifamily properties. You will respond to work orders, perform light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, and help keep residents and amenities in top condition.

You bring 3+ years of property maintenance experience, relevant certifications, and a safety-first approach. Expect full-time hours with occasional evenings and weekends to meet care standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in property management or hospitality.
• Technical degree in a related area or other relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO, Plumbing, Electrical) preferred.
• Prior experience in general building maintenance, painting, and maintaining HVAC systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Address work orders and perform routine maintenance to keep properties safe and functional.
• Maintain and repair residential buildings, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, service-oriented manner while prioritizing safety and cleanliness.
