Two Coast Living in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician II responsible for routine, preventative, and emergency repairs on multifamily properties. You will support work orders, upkeep, and resident needs while ensuring safety and quality across pools, clubhouses, and common areas.

This on-site role requires 4+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC skills, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on multifamily properties.
• HVAC skills with ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshooting.
• EPA certifications required or preferred for environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses
• Interact professionally with residents in homes and throughout the community
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed
