Two Coast Living in Chesapeake, VA, is seeking a Traveling HVAC Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on multifamily properties. The role supports daily work orders, resident needs, and safety while coordinating with maintenance and property management teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of maintenance experience, 1+ year HVAC repair, and EPA Type I/II or Universal certification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.
• HVAC Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs on light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC.
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow company safety policies to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed
