Job summary

Precise Comfort & Climate Specialists is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer in New Orleans for full-time work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime. You will install and replace residential heating and cooling systems, ensure proper operation, and maintain clean, safe job sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of installation experience, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
EPA Refrigerant Certification required.
HVAC Technical School graduate preferred; NATE certification a plus.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Background check and drug test required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

Install residential heating and cooling systems.
Complete HVAC system replacements and change-outs.
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
Perform start-ups and verify proper system operation.
Complete refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, venting, and equipment connections.
Ensure installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
Coordinate with project managers and other team members to complete installations efficiently.
Identify installation challenges and help determine effective solutions.
Complete job documentation accurately and on time.
