Job summary

Precise Comfort & Climate Specialists in New Orleans, LA is looking for a dependable HVAC Helper who will assist with residential and commercial projects across the greater New Orleans area while growing the skills needed for long-term success.

You will work 40+ hours weekly (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) with overtime as needed, and participate in hands-on training to advance your career in the skilled trades.

Qualifications

• HVAC hands-on experience is required (min 6 months).
• HVAC trade school is preferred.
• EPA Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with HVAC installations, service calls, maintenance, and repairs.
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily jobs.
• Help inspect, clean, and maintain heating and cooling systems.
• Learn troubleshooting techniques and basic diagnostic procedures.
• Keep work areas, service vehicles, and job sites clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.
• Provide courteous and professional service while interacting with customers.

HVAC Helper

Location: New Orleans, LA

Pay: $21-$25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime available as needed
