Job summary

Precise Comfort & Climate Specialists is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer in New Orleans for full-time work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime. You will install and replace residential heating and cooling systems, ensure proper operation, and maintain clean, safe job sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of installation experience, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification required.
• HVAC Technical School graduate preferred; NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Background check and drug test required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems.
• Complete HVAC system replacements and change-outs.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Perform start-ups and verify proper system operation.
• Complete refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, venting, and equipment connections.
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to complete installations efficiently.
• Identify installation challenges and help determine effective solutions.
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time.
