Job summary

Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential installation operations and teams across multiple job sites. This role focuses on delivering high-quality heating and air conditioning system installations while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive HVAC installation management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to coordinate scheduling, materials, and field

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC installation or HVAC management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation.
• Proven leadership experience managing HVAC install teams.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of HVAC code compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Experience managing job schedules, materials, and installation crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop the residential HVAC installation team.
• Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites.
• Monitor installation quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance of HVAC installers and install helpers.
• Ensure HVAC installations meet local code requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure successful HVAC system installations.
• Manage scheduling, materials, trucks, and job reporting for the HVAC installation department.
• Resolve field issues and support installers with technical guidance.
• Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance.
• Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination.
