Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HVAC installation operations and installation crews.
• Schedule and coordinate installation jobs efficiently.
• Monitor quality control and ensure installations meet code and company standards.
• Train, coach, and develop installers and lead technicians.
• Conduct job site inspections and safety audits.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service departments.
• Manager labor costs, productivity, and installation performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding installation staff.
• Maintain inventory and equipment accountability.
• Support revenue growth through operational efficiency and upsell opportunities.
