Job summary

H & H Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our residential installation department, driving quality, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.

The role oversees project review, scheduling, team development, and customer satisfaction, acting as the liaison between Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Installation to ensure every project meets high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, load calculations, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage projects from sale through installation completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HVAC installation technicians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily installation scheduling and workforce deployment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Purchasing, and Installation teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements and profitability.
