Job summary

Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a Residential Install Lead to oversee and execute the installation of residential systems, coordinating teams, timelines, and safety on-site. You will serve as the primary contact between customers, crews, and management to ensure quality and satisfaction.

The role requires a strong technical background, proven leadership in installation, and comprehension of building codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years proven experience in residential installation or related technical field.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a construction or installation environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.
• Preferred: certifications in electrical, HVAC, or telecommunications.
• Experience with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• First aid and OSHA safety certifications.
• Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation processes, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to report project status, resource needs, and any issues encountered during installations.
• Train and mentor installation technicians to improve skills and maintain high performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, including work orders, materials used, and any deviations from plans.
