W3Global is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Estimator to join our Owensboro, KY team. The role involves visiting homes, assessing needs, preparing accurate estimates, and guiding customers to the right solutions.

You will manage the process from lead to project handoff, present recommendations, and coordinate with installers and office staff. A valid driver's license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience.
Minimum 2 years of HVAC estimating experience.
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and installation practices.
Ability to calculate job costs accurately.
Experience preparing and presenting estimates to customers.
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate detailed project requirements to technicians.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Visit residential properties to evaluate project needs.

The Estimator will manage the process from initial lead through project handoff. Responsibilities include visiting residential properties, assessing project needs, preparing accurate estimates, presenting recommendations, following up on leads, and providing detailed job information to installation technicians.
