Responsibilities

• Own the Daily Schedule: assign the right technician to the right job; maintain efficient routing; balance emergencies with maintenance; adjust schedule in real time.
• Support Technicians in the Field: provide accurate job details before arrival; communicate updates; help prevent callbacks; keep technicians moving and productive.
• Communicate Clearly With Customers: confirm appointments and arrival windows; provide updates when schedules shift; maintain calm, professional communication; deliver excellent customer service.
• Filter and Prioritize Incoming Calls: identify true no-shows or emergencies; capture essential job details quickly; recognize opportunities for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Maintain Operational Awareness: track technician locations and job progress; coordinate follow-ups, parts needs, and rescheduling; ensure no customer or job falls through the cracks.
• Protect Revenue and Efficiency: reduce wasted time and unnecessary travel; prevent double dispatches; keep the schedule full and productive.
