Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning in Houston is seeking a highly organized Residential HVAC Dispatcher to serve as the communication hub between customers and technicians. The role is to keep the day flowing, keep technicians productive, and ensure every customer feels taken care of in a fast-paced environment.

You will own the daily schedule, assign technicians, optimize routing, balance emergencies, and provide clear updates to customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service industry (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Own the Daily Schedule: assign the right technician to the right job.
• Maintain efficient routing to reduce drive time and balance emergencies.
• Provide accurate job details before arrival and share updates with customers.
• Filter and prioritize incoming calls; capture essential job details quickly.
• Track technician locations and coordinate follow-ups to prevent missed jobs.
