You will work exclusively with company‑provided appointments, evaluate homes, and recommend ideal comfort solutions to homeowners, delivering a top‑notch buying experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Two years of consultative or in‑home sales experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are required.
• Comfortable presenting solutions and guiding purchasing decisions.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Strong organizational and computer skills are necessary.
• Professional verbal and written communication is expected.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during company‑scheduled appointments.
• Evaluate existing heating and cooling systems.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions.
• Present equipment, financing, and replacement options clearly and professionally.
• Build trust through education rather than high‑pressure sales tactics.
• Prepare accurate proposals and complete sales documentation.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Horne brand.
