Job summary

Blue Ridge Heating & Air in North Carolina is seeking a reliable Comfort Consultant to sell residential heating and cooling systems to homeowners. This commission-based role has no cap on earnings and requires lead generation and networking.

You will respond quickly to leads, maintain documentation, and work with a no-pressure sales approach. Minimum 5 years in HVAC sales, HS diploma, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Heating and Cooling Sales.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work safely following company procedures.
• Seek out and participate in business networking opportunities such as Chamber of Commerce and/or BNI.
• Evaluate residential change-out or replacement needs to offer appropriate equipment and accessory work scope.
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
• Properly document and maintain equipment replacement scope forms and estimates in digital platform.
• Stay current and competent in the sales process.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management.
