Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC experience or completion of HVAC certification program.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with removal and installation of residential HVAC systems.
• Support the lead installer while following manufacturer specifications.
• Interact professionally with customers on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customers’ homes.
• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
