Job summary

Legacy Reno is seeking HVAC Install Helpers to join our team in the Reno area. We provide ongoing training, full benefits, and a 401k match.

Our office is in Carson City, serving the Reno area, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, HSA, and more. You will assist with installations, coordinate parts, and support the installation department to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
