Job summary

Vector Security in Columbus, OH is seeking a Home Technology Sales Representative to prospect, present Vector’s residential security and smart automation solutions, and grow the assigned market. You will manage leads, document proposals, and maintain ongoing communication with management to meet quotas.

The role requires strong selling and closing skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to build relationships with homeowners, builders, and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Proven sales experience with ability to build new relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell Vector’s residential solutions and achieve sales orders, RMR, and unit targets.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling and community involvement.
• Maintain leads, document status, and sustain high closing percentage.
• Acquire product knowledge through training and certifications and educate customers.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
