Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service for homebuyers in Hawaii. The role involves sourcing new customers, helping clients choose and design their dream home, and guiding them through the closing and construction steps.

You will work with realtors and team members to meet sales goals, maintain records, and develop marketing plans that establish new customer relationships while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton's value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and position DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and attend sales meetings.
• Develop marketing plans and establish new customer relationships.
• Network with realtors and coordinate with team members.
