Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Home Manager for the 2nd shift to oversee Direct Support employees and coordinate operations across 1–3 residential facilities in Tennessee. You will work closely with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans and ensure high-quality care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, on-call coverage, training compliance, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• CPR certification; First Aid may be required; NCI/MedTech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support employees and coordinate activities across 1–3 facilities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Provide feedback and performance reviews; ensure training compliance.
• Monitor medications administration audits and ensure safety.
• Manage after-hours on-call coverage as part of rotation.
• Support budget monitoring and adherence to guidelines.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and families.
