Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor in Tennessee. This regular, full-time role oversees two or more Direct Support Professionals, conducts interviews, onboarding, and reviews performance to ensure safe, respectful supports in residential settings.

Responsibilities include supervising homes, coordinating activities, ensuring training and on-call coverage, and maintaining clean, well-kept homes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities for supervising a team.
• Ability to interview, hire recommendations, and train staff.
• Experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2+ Direct Support Professionals and facilities.
• Supervise activities and ensure on-time delivery of supports.
• Provide after-hours/on-call coverage as part of rotation.
• Conduct performance reviews and resolve issues.
• Ensure training compliance and safety in homes.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals per ISP.
