Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Group Home Supervisor for Antioch, TN, working 7a-3p, Monday through Friday. The role supervises Direct Support staff, coordinates operations for 1–3 facilities, and ensures person-centered plans are implemented across shifts while maintaining positive staff and resident interactions.

Candidate profile includes a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of relevant experience, CPR/First Aid/NCI or MedTech certification a plus, and ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification is a plus.
• ASL fluency or ability to communicate with Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients may be required in some programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees across 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services.
• Collaborates with clinical and professional staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Monitors staff performance, provides feedback, conducts performance reviews, and ensures training compliance.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the care rotation.
• Keeps within budgetary guidelines and oversees medication administration audits.
