Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities learn, work and participate in their communities. Based in our person-centered homes, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities and support therapeutic plans with clinical staff.

Weekend shifts available; starting pay is $15 per hour, with a $1 weekend shift premium. We offer health insurance, company-paid life and long-term disability, a 403(b) plan and generous PTO,

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have valid automobile insurance.
Basic computer skills.
Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and personal hygiene.
DSPs assist with medication administration and support individuals in community involvement.
DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.
