Job summary

DuPont's Corian Design seeks a Residential Business Development Manager to accelerate profitable growth across the North American residential construction market. You will lead relationships with large home builders, regional networks, purchasing groups, distributors, fabricators, and other key partners to expand the adoption of Corian Design quartz and solid surface solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, national accounts, or business development.
• Proven success in residential construction, building products, surfacing materials, cabinetry or related industries.
• Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and strategic commercial agreements.
• Experience developing relationships with national home builders and purchasing groups.
• Strong communication and executive relationship-management skills.
• Track record of closing profitable deals and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for key residential partners across North America.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, purchasing organizations, and specification influencers.
• Create long-term account plans to increase product preference, standardization, and profitable revenue growth.
• Identify and convert new opportunities while expanding existing strategic accounts.
• Partner with distributors to develop competitive product and pricing proposals.
• Lead negotiations for national builder agreements, rebate programs, pricing strategies, and supply contracts.
• Develop compelling commercial proposals that balance customer needs, growth opportunities, and profitability.
• Manage contract renewals and support compliance with negotiated agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and business leadership to structure complex customer agreements.
• Connect distributors, fabricators, and builders to create a seamless customer experience.
