DuPont's Corian Design is seeking a Residential Business Development Manager to accelerate profitable growth across the North American residential market. You will lead relationships with large home builders, regional networks, distributors, fabricators and other key residential partners to expand adoption of Corian Design quartz and solid surface solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
• Proven success within residential construction, building products, surfacing materials, cabinetry, countertops, interiors, or a related industry.
• Experience negotiating contracts, pricing arrangements, and strategic commercial agreements.
• Experience developing relationships with national home builders and purchasing groups.
• Strong experience working through distributors and channel partner networks.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive relationship-management skills.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of closing profitable deals and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for key residential partners across North America.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, purchasing organizations, and specification influencers.
• Create long-term account plans designed to increase product preference, standardization, and profitable revenue growth.
• Identify and convert new opportunities while expanding existing strategic accounts.
• Partner with distributors to develop competitive product and pricing proposals.
• Lead negotiations for national builder agreements, rebate programs, pricing strategies, and supply contracts.
• Develop compelling commercial proposals that balance customer needs, growth opportunities, and profitability.
• Manage contract renewals and support compliance with negotiated agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and business leadership to structure complex customer agreements.
• Process and track contracted rebate submissions.
• Present business reviews, growth strategies, and market insights to C-suite executives and senior procurement stakeholders.
