DuPont's Corian Design is seeking a Residential Business Development Manager to drive growth in the North American residential construction market. You will lead relationships with large home builders, regional networks, and distributors, shaping partnerships and commercial strategies to expand adoption of Corian Design quartz and solid surface solutions.

This senior role requires strategic vision, executive presence, and a track record of closing profitable deals with national builders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales leadership, national account management, or business development experience.
• Proven success in residential construction, building products, surfacing materials, cabinetry, countertops, interiors, or related industry.
• Experience negotiating contracts, pricing arrangements, and strategic commercial agreements.
• Experience developing relationships with national home builders and purchasing groups.
• Strong experience working through distributors and channel partner networks.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive relationship-management skills.
• Strong business acumen with track record of closing profitable deals and developing strategic partnerships.
