This full‑time role supports individuals with disabilities to enhance socialization and independent living skills, through personal care, daily living activities, and community participation. The DSP will implement program plans, document progress, and collaborate with Residential or Community Living management.

Qualifications

• Desire to help individuals with disabilities.
• Supportive personality and strong work ethic.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care.
• Support participation in home and community activities.
• Document progress and follow program plans under supervision.
