Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the residential group home.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and household management.
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity of residents at all times.
• Directly support and role model daily living skills.
• Develop and implement Individual Service Plans and Person-Centered Plans.
• Document resident progress toward goals.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Life Skills Instructors.
• Recruit, interview, and hire residential staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure staff training and policy compliance.
• Coordinate meals, housekeeping, supplies, and maintenance.
• Oversee transportation needs of residents.
• Maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
• Support community integration and relationships.
• Assist residents in attending appointments.
