Job summary

Talentify in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

You will train staff, evaluate performance, schedule shifts, manage funds for individuals, and document each person’s program plan while ensuring health, safety, and medications are administered properly. Build strong relationships with families and guardians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Current auto insurance required.
• Ability to transport individuals safely.
• Favorable background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DSPs, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Manage daily operations of a residential group home.
• Ensure health & safety, medications administered properly.
• Document each individual's program plan.
• Manage funds for individuals.
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and support staff.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations and Cardinal Services' policies.
• Create a supportive, fun environment for individuals served and employees.
• Demonstrate a desire to positively impact the lives of others.
